1. Who is GCG best suited for?
We work with US-based B2B tech startups that have product-market fit and are preparing for Series A funding or early international expansion.

2. Do you only support European expansion?
Currently, yes.  We specialise in Europe (including the UK), leveraging deep regional expertise to help clients navigate its complexity and unlock revenue growth.

3. At what stage should we engage GCG?
Ideally, 3–9 months ahead of a Series A raise, or when you're starting to explore your first European hires, partnerships, or customer conversations.

4. Do you only work with SaaS companies?
No.  While many of our clients are SaaS, we work with a wide range of B2B tech businesses.  GCG has strong experience across advertising, entertainment, technology and gaming.   

5. What deliverables can we expect?
Depending on your needs: go-to-market strategy, investor pitch inputs, market prioritisation, revenue models, hiring plans, and tailored playbooks.

6. Are you advisors or operators?
Both. We act as embedded strategic operators, rolling up our sleeves to work alongside your team, not just handing over a slide deck.

7. Do you help with hiring in Europe?
Yes.   We advise on org design, scope roles, design compensation, draft hiring briefs, and can even support candidate screening and onboarding if needed.

8. Do you offer ongoing support after Series A?
We offer flexible, on-demand support post-fundraise to help translate strategy into execution and build early traction in-market.  Hiring delays should not postpone expansion plans. 

9. How do you price your services?
We offer ad-hoc, project-based or retainer pricing depending on the scope and duration of engagement. Let’s talk to find the right fit.
